Hydrangea Paniculata ‘Vanille Fraise’
Vanille Fraise Panicle Hydrangea
A spectacular variety known for its huge panicles of flowers that change colour. They start out vanilla white, then turn pink before turning raspberry red as they mature. Its bushy, well-branched habit makes it an ideal choice for beds, hedges or as a single specimen in the garden. Maintain consistent moisture by watering regularly, especially during dry spells. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring to stimulate vigorous growth and encourage generous blooms. Hardy and well adapted to cold climates, this hydrangea tolerates harsh winters. To protect the roots from severe frosts, apply a layer of organic mulch around the base. Pruning should be done in early winter or early spring, before the vegetation restarts. Remove spent flowers and prune back dead or weak stems to encourage new growth and maximise flowering.
