Blue Lyme Grass Blue Dune

An ornamental grass distinguished by its long, thin, narrow leaves of a striking silvery blue colour. This cultivar forms dense, upright clumps. It is particularly appreciated for its unique foliage, which creates a bright and refreshing visual effect, especially in borders, beds or gardens. In summer, it produces small panicle-shaped inflorescences, which add lightness and movement to the whole. It tolerates drought once well established, but it is important to water it moderately in early growth to encourage good rooting. It prefers full sun exposure, which allows its foliage to retain its bright blue colour. This cultivar is resistant to wind and salt. It requires little maintenance in winter, but it may be useful to cut back the faded stems in late autumn or early spring to stimulate new growth.
