Rubus idaeus Boyne
Boyne Raspberry
A reblooming raspberry variety, known for its sweet, juicy red fruits. This bush produces a bountiful crop of good quality raspberries, ideal for fresh eating, making jams or desserts. As it is reblooming, it produces fruit twice a year, in summer and autumn. For maintenance, prune dead or damaged canes in spring and remove fruiting canes after the autumn harvest to encourage new growth. This raspberry is disease resistant and tolerates cold winters well, although mulching around the roots is recommended to protect the base during extreme winter temperatures.
