A very popular everbearing raspberry, known for its hardiness and ability to produce two harvests per year. It produces sweet, juicy red fruits, perfect for fresh consumption, jams or desserts. This variety is particularly appreciated for its abundant autumn harvest, but it can also produce a small harvest in summer. For maintenance, prune dead or damaged canes in spring, and cut back fruiting canes after the autumn harvest to encourage new growth. ‘Heritage’ is very disease resistant and tolerates cold winters well, although mulching around the roots is recommended to protect the base in winter. This is an excellent choice for gardeners looking for a productive and easy-care variety.
