Hydrangea Paniculata ‘Kyushu’ STD
Kyushu Panicle Hydrangea STD
A spectacular and elegant variety, which combines the beauty of large panicles of flowers with a perfectly structured stem habit. The flowers, initially white, turn pink as they mature, creating a delicate colour gradient. This cultivar with an upright and well-formed habit is ideal for modern gardens or as a focal point in a border. It requires regular watering to maintain constant humidity, especially in hot weather. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring to support the growth of the plant and encourage generous flowering. Hardy and well adapted to cold climates, this hydrangea can tolerate harsh winters. However, to protect the roots, it is recommended to apply a layer of mulch around the base. Pruning is done in early winter or early spring, before the vegetation restarts. Remove spent flowers and prune dead or weak stems to encourage vigorous new growth and maximise flowering.
