Killarney Raspberry

Raspberry plant known for its bright red, sweet and slightly tart fruits. It produces an abundant harvest, mainly in summer, but sometimes a second harvest can appear in the fall. The fruits are ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making jams or desserts. For maintenance, prune dead or damaged canes in spring and remove fruiting canes after harvest to encourage new growth. It is a hardy variety, resistant to diseases and cold winters, but it is recommended to mulch around the roots to protect them from extreme temperatures during the winter.
