A very popular variety of rudbeckia, prized for its bright yellow flowers with a dark centre that attract pollinators. It produces abundant flowering from late summer to early autumn, creating a bright effect in the garden. For maintenance, deadhead spent flowers to prolong flowering and keep the plant in shape. It is drought tolerant once established, but moderate watering during growth is recommended. It is also hardy and tolerant of cold winters, requiring light pruning in late winter to remove dead stems. This rudbeckia is ideal for beds, borders or wild gardens.
