This grafted hibiscus is an ornamental shrub with a slender, structured habit, ideal for creating a focal point in a garden, on a patio, or in a pot. It is distinguished by its large, single to semi-double, white flowers with a purplish-red center, which appear all summer until early fall. Its stem habit highlights its generous blooms and adds a touch of vertical elegance to landscaping.
Care: Before frost: If grown in the ground, dig up the hibiscus before the first frost and place it in a pot to protect it during the winter.
Indoor location: Place it in a bright, cool spot (between 5 and 10°C), away from drafts and heaters.
Watering: Water moderately, only when the soil is dry. Ensure water does not stagnate in the pot to prevent root rot.
Fertilization: Do not fertilize during Winter. Resume in spring with a balanced fertilizer to encourage flowering.
Pruning: Lightly prune dead or damaged branches before bringing the plant indoors for the winter.
