Vigorous and hardy, this peach tree produces yellow-fleshed fruits that are juicy and sweet, with the sun-exposed side turning red over a yellow and green background. With an aromatic flavor, they are perfect for eating fresh or using in desserts and jams. Its pink flowers appear in spring, attracting bees and other pollinators. This variety is self-fertile, allowing a single tree to produce fruit. However, planting another peach with a similar bloom time can improve both yield and fruit size through better cross-pollination. For care, lightly prune during dormancy (late March to early April) to remove dead wood and encourage flowering. Water regularly during dry periods. In winter, protect the base of the trunk with a thick mulch and provide shelter from cold winds.
